How do I work with Verica Systems?

If we identify potential opportunities for you with our clients, our Talent Acquisition Specialists will shortlist your resume and reach out to discuss your work experience, technical skills, and career interests. During this interaction, you will be guided through the process, industry insights, and relevant training pertaining to the job placements. Further confirmations will be provided to you accordingly.

Do you keep a portion of what I make?

No. Verica Systems is focused on getting you the best possible pay rate for a given position. We charge our clients a service fee in addition to your pay rate.

How do I get paid?

Verica Systems offers weekly and monthly payment cycles. When starting an assignment, please ensure that your timecard is submitted no later than noon on the following Monday. To simplify this process, we provide an online timesheet for your convenience. Your first paycheck will be issued on the subsequent Friday, and every Friday thereafter, as long as you are actively working on an assignment at one of our client companies.

Do you offer health insurance?

Yes, If the starting annual package for a position exceeds $90,000, it will automatically include additional benefits, such as a 401K pension plan and access to a retirement facility. These benefits are provided to eligible employees as part of their compensation package.

What training do you offer?

We offer professional training programs for several IT Positions, including BA, SAS, Java, and QA. Talk with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to check your eligibility.

Is the job guaranteed?

We will give you assured interview chances for the active and matching requirements.
Before attending a client interview you will go through real-time work environments including job-oriented training, study materials, and mock interview sessions. However, you have to pass an interview to get into the job.

Do you work with International students?

Yes, you are eligible to work with us if you have an F1 visa. International students having work authorization can join Verica Systems for internships, part time or temp-to-hire jobs, and eligible candidates will receive immigration assistance. To get started, please submit your resume.

How do I secure a job?

We are focused on finding the right fit for each of our associates. Once a Verica Systems's talent acquisition specialist contacts you the process begins. Starting from understanding what you are looking for to finding your next career opportunity.

How often should I contact your office?

Communication is key. We recommend a weekly call to inform our recruiters that you are still actively seeking jobs, or if anything has changed in your job search. This enables our recruiters to modify their strategies to fit your job seeking needs.

Do I have to call you when my assignment ends if I want another job?

We track our job placements to know whenever your employment situation changes. However, you may contact us to ensure that we can effectively help you find another position.

How long do job assignments last?

The duration of our assignments is determined by the requirements of our clients and the nature of the position, whether it is temporary, contract-to-hire, or a direct hire opportunity. When you go through the interview process, our recruiters will engage in discussions with you to determine the most suitable type of employment opportunity that aligns with your preferences and qualifications.

What happens if I am not happy in a position placed by Verica Systems?

If you find yourself unhappy in a position placed by Verica Systems, it's important to communicate your concerns and dissatisfaction to your assigned recruiter or a representative from Verica Systems as soon as possible. They are there to support you and address any issues you may encounter during your assignment.
